Tuition is to be paid monthly. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments are submitted through Brightwheel with a card processing fee of 2.9% of the transaction plus $0.30 per payment. Bank transfer payments fees are at a lower cost of 0.1% (capped at $10). Child care days that are not paid by the first of the month will be classified as “Drop-in/ unscheduled” and subject to an increased rate.

Drop-in care is available only when space and staffing allow. Drop-in care is defined as any childcare needed that was not included in the initial monthly tuition payment. All drop-in care must be scheduled in advance, and payment is required prior to drop-off. Drop-In Care rates are subject to an increased rate.

The Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP) is a state program that helps eligible families pay for childcare so parents can work, attend school, or participate in job training. If you qualify, ICCP pays a portion of your childcare costs directly to your provider, and families are typically responsible for a small co-pay based on their income and household size. Eligibility is determined through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and is based on factors like income, family size, and need for care. ICCP can make quality childcare more affordable and accessible for families who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
